If you are interested in selling or licensing your chemical study data via ChemSortia, please fill out the Data Submission Interest Form available on the platform. This form allows you to indicate the substances, study types, and preferred licensing models you wish to offer. Once submitted, our team will contact you directly to review your information and guide you through the next steps, including agreement structuring and data validation.

Studies must meet regional regulatory standards and include documentation like study name, guideline, and reliability score. All submissions are reviewed for quality.

Yes. Members of the same organization can log in using the same credentials to manage purchases, agreements, and data submissions collaboratively. However, for security and traceability reasons, we recommend that each user has their own login credentials. While role-specific user accounts (e.g., admin, legal, technical) are not currently available, we are evaluating this functionality for future development. Until then, shared access should be used with caution and internal coordination.

It depends on the licensing agreement:

  • Full Ownership Transfer: Trustee becomes the sole owner
  • License to Trustee: Trustee can sublicense to others
  • Direct License: Purchaser receives a single-use license
